Our Story
Cattle ranching runs in our blood. It began small — a handful of calves our dad bought soon after marrying our mom — and grew, year by year, into the herd we run today from our ranch in Reserve, New Mexico. He always dreamed of selling our beef straight to the people who eat it, no middleman in between. That dream is now our mission: honest, ranch-to-table, 100% grass-fed beef.

No feed lot here, where cattle are packed in and shot full of chemicals to keep them from spreading diseases. New hay barn and holding pins coming along great.
