Return Policy and Process

Because our beef is a frozen, perishable food product, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you.

To start a claim, call or email us using the details above. We will confirm the next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

If you see a charge you do not recognize or disagree with, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We will review your order and respond within 2 business days.

If a dispute is filed with your card issuer, we will provide order, delivery, and communication records to support a fair review.

Cancellation Policy

Single orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Monthly beef box subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Boxes already shipped or paid for are not refunded.

Processing appointments and ranch experience bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

Email sign-up offer: new subscribers receive a one-time 10% discount code (WELCOME10) for their first order.

Codes are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and are not valid on past purchases. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time without notice.
