Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Our beef is packed to order at Flying W Ranch in Vernon, Arizona, so we confirm your order before it is cut, packaged, and flash frozen.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Most Arizona addresses receive their order within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive an email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather and carrier delays.
Packaging and Freshness
All beef ships frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs to keep it cold in transit. Please be home to receive your package, and move it to the freezer or refrigerator as soon as it arrives.
Monthly Beef Box Subscriptions
Beef box subscribers receive one shipment each month. Boxes ship on the 15th of each month, and you will receive a shipping email each time. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery Fees and Shipping Area
Delivery fees are based on your distance from Flying W Ranch in Vernon, Arizona, and your order subtotal. Enter your delivery ZIP code in your cart to see your fee before you check out.
Pickup is always free. Choose Pickup in your cart to collect your order at Flying W Ranch, 1060 County Road 3144, Vernon, AZ. Please call 928-241-8570 to schedule your pickup.
Within 50 miles: free delivery on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a $25 delivery fee.
50 to 300 miles: free delivery on orders of $500 or more. Orders under $500 have a $50 delivery fee.
We currently deliver within 300 miles of the ranch. For addresses farther away, please call 928-241-8570. Please double check your address at checkout, since we cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or late, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 928-241-8570 with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. See our Store Policies for returns and refunds.
