This website is the online home of Westbrook Beef, the ranch-direct beef brand of Flying W Ranch Inc in Vernon, Arizona. Here you can browse our cuts of beef, order online, subscribe to a monthly beef box, schedule custom livestock processing, and book a visit to the ranch to see how your food is raised.

We built the site for families, home cooks, hunters, and fellow ranchers across Arizona and beyond who want to know exactly where their beef comes from. Instead of an anonymous grocery store label, you get beef raised in the White Mountains high country by people you can meet, call, and visit in person.

Flying W Ranch is a family-run operation. For years we relied on livestock markets and outside plants to get our beef to farmers' markets. To give our customers complete transparency and consistent quality, we now run our own processing facility, so every step from pasture to package happens under our care.
